  • HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE
    Choose the product you want to buy, select the size and then click on 'Add to cart'. Continue browsing to add other items or go to the cart by clicking on the icon at the top right.
    Select the desired shipping method and payment method.
    If you already have an account, log in to automatically enter your data; if you do not yet have an account, just fill in the fields with the required details and then click on 'Register to make a purchase'.
    Have a look at the order summary and proceed with the purchase by clicking on 'Place the order'.
    HOW TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT
    At the top right, click on 'Account' and then on 'Register now'. Fill in the required fields, enter a password, accept the privacy policy and click on 'Register'.
    IF YOU FORGOT TO ENTER A DISCOUNT CODE
    Unfortunately, we are unable to reopen your order due to the payment method and related authorization issues. If you have forgotten to enter your discount code, please contact our Customer Service to request the cancellation of your order. You can then place a new order by entering your discount code.

    STOCK AVAILABILITY
    Given the high demand for Rewoolution products from more than 40 countries in the world, the size, color or even the product you want to buy may not be available. If this is the case, please contact our Customer Service, who will provide you with more information on any restocking and will be able to advise you on valid alternatives.

    MERINO WOOL: ETHICAL, ECOLOGICAL AND HIGH PERFORMANCE
    What differentiates Rewoolution fabrics is CompACT3 technology, the exclusive spinning system with which they are produced. Developed in the Reda laboratories, this process enhances the unique natural characteristics of the purest merino wool, ensuring 15% more resistance, 30% more elasticity and 20% more softness than traditional merino wool.
    Treated with CompACT3 technology, the high-quality raw material provides more insulation, breathability and thermoregulation. The yarn is free of fuzziness, does not itch, protects the wearer from UV rays and prevents the formation of unpleasant odors; it is also easy to care for and dries quickly. But during sports especially, it guarantees excellent elasticity, extraordinary resistance to wear and extreme lightness.
    The Merino wool used to create Rewoolution garments is guaranteed by the ZQ certification. It is ethical wool, selected and produced through sustainable management of environmental, economic and social resources, while safeguarding the well-being of people and animals.     SHIPPING COSTS AND TIMES

    CUSTOMS DUTIES
    For all countries outside of the European Union, shipping and return duties are charged to the customer.
    TRACK YOUR ORDER
    As soon as the shipper picks up your order at our warehouse, we will send you an email with your shipment tracking number. Use the tracking number to track your order.
    Note: it may take a few hours for the shipper to update the shipping information.
    CHANGING THE SHIPPING ADDRESS
    It is possible to edit the order, including the shipping address, until it is being processed in our warehouse. Once the order has been picked up by the shipper, it will no longer be possible to edit any detail nor to cancel the order. To edit your order, please contact our Customer Service.
    SHIPPERS
    Rewoolution entrusts our shipping to DHL. At the moment it is not possible to ship orders with other shippers.
    DELIVERY TIMES
    All orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm. Orders received after 12:30 pm will be shipped the next working day.
    Please consider that we offer two types of shipping, standard and express, which can be selected directly at check-out before concluding the purchase. For all the details relating to delivery times, please consult the dedicated page.
    CAN I EXCHANGE THE SIZE, COLOR OR THE ITEM ITSELF?
    Unfortunately, at the moment we do not offer an exchange service. If an item does not meet your expectations, please simply request a return and proceed with placing a new order.
    WHEN CAN I RETURN A GARMENT?
    It is possible to return an order, fully or partially, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods. Before asking for a return, please carefully read our policy and make sure that all conditions are met.
    WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN A GARMENT WITHOUT RESPECTING THE RETURN POLICY CONDITIONS?
    Once returned, our garments undergo a strict quality control. If the returned item does not meet the conditions set out in the policy (e.g. tags and labels no longer present and/or detached; worn, stained, washed items, etc.), it will be sent back to the customer, who will be charged with the related shipping costs. In these cases, refunds will not be issued.
    HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
    Returning an order is very easy.
    Log-in to your personal account, go to the section 'Orders', find the order which contains the item/s you want to ship back, click on 'Refund Request', select the item/s you wish to return and click on 'Finalize request'.
    Prepare the package using the label we sent you with the order receipt and choose whether to schedule a pick-up with DHL or to drop the package off to the nearest DHL point.
    Wait for the e-mail notification of the refund.
    If you ordered from a non-EU country: while requesting the return, you will be asked to print a custom document, which contains the details and customs value of the products to be returned. Please remember to attach it to the outside of the box, along with the prepaid return label. Returns without this document may be subject to customs clearance delays.

    WHERE WILL I FIND A RETURN LABEL?
    The return label is included inside the package or in the pocket located outside the parcel with the order receipt.
    WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CANNOT FIND THE RETURN LABEL?
    Should you not find the DHL label in the parcel or should you have lost it, then please just contact our Customer Service to get a new one.
    WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE OR IF I HAVE RECEIVED A PRODUCT OTHER THAN THE ONE ORDERED?
    We ship many orders, it may happen that an inconvenience of this type occurs. In these cases, please contact our Customer Service who will be able to assist you in finding a quick solution.
    HOW DO REFUNDS TAKE PLACE AND HOW SOON?
    We are committed to refunding your return within 7 working days after the reception of the goods in our warehouse. Refunds will be made with the same payment method used at the time of the order. For refund times, please find more details below:
    Credit card: 3-7 business days (depending on the bank)
    PayPal: immediate
    Cash on delivery: please contact our Customer Service and provide the IBAN code and the full name of the current account holder on which you wish to receive the credit. The refund is made within 72 hours following the reception of these details.
    METHODS AVAILABLE
    Credit card (VISA, Master Card, Amex, Cartasì, Maestro)
    PayPal
    Cash on delivery: this payment method is available only for orders intended to be delivered in Italy. By selecting this option at the check-out, you will be asked to pay the order amount in cash directly to the shipper upon delivery of the package. The sum can be paid only in cash (no checks will be accepted). For this method, an additional fee of €3.00 will be charged.
    For the payment methods 'Credit card' and 'PayPal', the amount will be withdrawn from the card only once the goods leave our warehouse.
    In the event of a return, the amount will be credited back to the same card/PayPal account used at the time of payment.

    Currently, the only store owned by Rewoolution is our online store www.rewoolution.it. However, we also have a strong team of retailers. Find your nearest retailer here.

    OUTLET
    At the moment we do not have an outlet.
    ASSISTANCE ON PURCHASES FROM RETAILERS
    If you experience problems with any item purchased from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer directly at the location where the purchase was made. If you have questions about our garments, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service.
