How to measure

  1. Chest circumference: Measure your chest by passing the measuring tape under your armpits.
  2. Waist circumference: Measure the waist by passing the measuring tape around the waist at the navel level.
  3. Hips circumference: Place the measuring tape around the fullest point on your hips.
  4. Inside leg length: Measure the inside of your leg, from the groin to the ground.
  5. Arm length: Measure your arm from the shoulder to the wrist.
  6. Shoulder width: Measure the width of the shoulders by placing the measuring tape horizontally from the tip of one shoulder to the other.
