Product care guide
All
Rewoolution garments are made with Reda Active fabric from pure
ZQRX-certified Merino wool. Getting to know our products better will
allow you to take care of them effortlessly, safeguarding their
characteristics and preserving their performance.
First of all, it is good to know that Merino
wool fabrics are breathable,
neutralising unpleasant odours: for this reason, they can be washed
less frequently than other fabrics, thus reducing the impact on the
environment and keeping the garment’s properties unaltered for longer.
Using just a few tricks will be enough to take care
of your favourite clothes and enjoy wearing them for many years. Just
follow these 3 simple steps:
washing
Rewoolution garments
can be washed by hand and in the washer.
In both
cases, it is important to choose a detergent compatible with wool
and avoid the use of fabric softeners and bleaches
If the garment has
zippers, you should close them before putting it in the washing
machine.
Wash it using “delicate” settings at a low temperature and
without spinning.
Drying and ironing
Do not put your garment in the dryer,
since excessive heat and twisting of the fabric could damage it
Lay the garment horizontally in a shady place,
while avoiding direct sunlight or contact with a radiator
Rewoolution garments are made of
natural-fibre fabrics and do not undergo aggressive chemical
treatments. For this reason, when they are wet, they can be modified
and stretched.
Iron your Rewoolution garment at low temperatures
avoiding any labels and patches that may be present.
Storing
Rewoolution garments are made of a natural-fibre wool, which we love
for its many positive qualities.
However, greedy moths also really love it.
This is why it is
important to protect your Rewoolution garments, especially in
spring,
by placing moth repellent in your wardrobe and drawers.
Our advice? Use natural
solutions,
such as lavender and thyme,
that are effective for keeping annoying insects away without any
harm to the environment and your health.
