At Rewoolution, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason this should not be the case, you may return it
for free only for the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. The return for other countries, not mentioned previously, must be shipped on your own costs at: REDA INDUSTRIES SRL c/o Rewoolution via Robiolio 25, Valdilana 13835, Italy. The items must be in the same conditions in which they have been delivered. Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange service. If you wish to purchase a different size and/or color, please ask for a return and proceed with a new order.
To return your purchase, follow the guidelines below:
-Only purchases made at
www.rewoolution.it can be returned;
-Returns are eligible for a refund if returned within
14 days from the day you received the package;
-Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included;
-Underwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.
-The shipment of the package to be returned must take place no later than 14 days from the moment the Refund Request has been created.
Once returned, all items undergo a strict quality control.
Any returns that do not meet the aforementioned conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer, who will be charged of the related shipping costs. No refund will be issued in this case.
For certain countries, Rewoolution offers free shipping for orders above a certain threshold. For orders of amounts lower than those thresholds, shipping costs are borne by the customer and, in case of a return, they will not be refunded.
Costs related to certain payment methods, such as cash on delivery, will not be refunded in the event of a return.
We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To always ensure a positive shopping experience, should we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers.
